2. The static load test with 25%overload load, the load is about 100 mm from the ground, and it is suspended for 10 minutes. After removing the load, check whether it is normal.

3. Before normal use, the rated load and overload load should be performed by 10%of the dynamic load test, repeatedly lifted, and after moving left and right, check whether the mechanical transmission, electrical appliances and link parts are normal and reliable.

4. Explosion -proof electric gourd shall be manipulated by a special person, and the manipulator shall master the oil -proof safety operation project.

5. In use, it is absolutely prohibited from being used in an unwanted environment and exceeding the rated load.

6. After the work is completed, the total switch of the power supply must be opened to cut off the main power supply.

7. The hook and horizontal drag tool are not allowed to be tilted.

8. Limiters prevent the safety device that causes the accident setting when the hook rises and decreases exceeds the limit position, so the limiter cannot be used as a switch.

9. Dedicated personnel should be checked once every ten days, and the explosion -proof electric gourd is inspected. After discovering the fault, timely take measures, and carefully record it.

10. Disassembling the explosion surface should be protected to prevent collisions, causing scars to cause scars and explosions. When the explosion shell is split and leaks, and the explosion surface is injured, it is scrapped. When installing the explosion shell, first apply 204-1 rust oil, and then tighten each bolt. It is strictly forbidden to relax.

11. Check the explosion -proof motor, explosion -proof control box, explosion -proof limit switch, explosion -proof button switch. When the explosion -proof shell must be disassembled, first cut off the main power supply and carefully disassemble.

12. The wire rope used at room temperature is lubricated at least once every ten days. Proper tools can be used to evenly apply lubricating oil to the wire rope evenly. When the temperature is low in winter, the lubricating oil must be heated.
