Before the lifting, the rolling machine should set up a warning area and alert personnel to maintain the order of the lifting area, and the procedures of the lifting personnel will be uniformly lifted to ensure the coordination of the operation of each operating position through the signal to achieve safe construction. There are the following points before the construction of the rolling machine:

1. During installation, the base is smooth and firm. The four supporting ground foot bolts are tightly fixed, and the silk band is flat pad, spring pad and double nuts.

2. The position of the operator is at the placing machine, and the commander is commanded at the DMC7 floor platform.

3. Check whether the rolling machine and the ground fixation are stable and swaying before the operation. Check whether the motor fan blades protective cover is normal and not loose. Check whether the control cable line is intact. The device is well -touched.

4. Check whether the roll -up mechanism is flexible before the operation, and check whether the brake pads are intact.

5. Check whether the steel wire rope is broken and loosely twisted before the job. The wire rope must be arranged neatly on the roller. Check the operation of the wire rope and pulley, and add lubricating butter.

6. The guided pulley floor installed before the operation uses a closed -mouth pulley on the floor.

7. Check the rotation direction of the roll rotation of the rolling machine before the operation.

8. Whether the position of the pulley is perpendicular to the rolled axis.

9. Check the installation location of the rolling machine before the operation, the wire rope dragging position, and the installation position of the wheels must not be obstacle.

10. The control box uses a dedicated control box for equipment. The bright wall is fixed. The distance from the equipment and the lifting branch point does not exceed 3m. Soft cables, control boxes and door caps are reliable.
