The project uses the lifting process and methods of 5 T orbiting electric gourds during the lifting, transportation, and installation of large -caliber pipes on the equipment area. The lifting, losing, and installation of the large -caliber pipeline of the steel beam layer perfectly solves the lifting and transportation of large pipe diameter pipes in high -altitude and narrow spaces, and meets the requirements of all parties in engineering construction in terms of safety, quality, and progress. The hanging scheme is as follows:

Use BIM technology to simulate 7.2 M steel beam layer air -conditioned water pipe hanging scheme to determine the excellent lifting scheme. Use BIM technology to simulate three types of hanging pipes: car hanging, mast hanging, and rail hanging. Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of hanging methods, it is finally determined that the rail hanging is used. Before or after the construction of the steel structure partition, install the rail -type electric gourd rail on the 11.5 m roof board; install 2 electric gourds in the track, and use 2 5 T orbit electric gourds. The steel pipe is hung from the ground to 7.3 m height; then the pipeline is transported to the installation location along the track, the installation is removed, and the vertical lifting of the pipeline is finally completed and the 7. 2 m steel beam layer is transported horizontally (Figure 3).
