Explosion -proof electric gourd is a type of explosion -type steel wire rope electric gourd. It is designed with CD1 and MD1 electric gourds as the main body. It is divided into three -level explosion -proof and four -level explosion -proof. The installation of explosion -proof electric gourds is an important preparation before, and it is also the basis for ensuring its safe operation. There are 5 basic steps for the installation of explosion -proof electric gourds:

1. Before installing the electric gourd, you should carefully check whether it is damaged during the transportation, especially if the shell of the explosion -type motor electrical appliances is cracking, damaged, and the explosion -proof co -surfaces are scarred. Factory replacement, non -explosive parts can be replaced or repaired by itself.

2. The steel track or framework used by the power gourd mobile. The use unit should select the standard structure or self -design according to the span and the weight of the unit.

3. Due to the different span of the plant, the specifications of the steel steel selected are also different. 5. The external ground of the metal shell of the electrical equipment uses an external ground bolt on the device. The flashlight door may not be grounded. The internal ground screws inside the wiring box should be reliable to connect with the ground wire of the cable. When the 36V control voltage is used, the flashlight door may not have an internal ground.
