After the electric hoist arrives, the construction scope and the supervision unit will conduct acceptance according to the list, check the specifications, models, quantities, and nameplate parameters of the equipment, and conduct appearance inspection of parts, wearing parts, etc. Inspect, there must be no defects, check the technical information according to the packing list, and there must be no defects.After acceptance, the handover procedures shall be completed, and any problems that arise shall be signed and approved by the supervisor and construction unit.2. Before installation, organize installation technicians and civil engineering technicians to conduct intermediate handover and acceptance of the foundation. According to the civil engineering foundation drawings and installation technical documents, the foundation shall be retested and shall meet the requirements of the technical documents.3. Before hoisting, carefully check the reducer of the lifting part of the electric hoist to see if the lubricating oil is filled in according to regulations, and whether the traveling part is filled with grease.4. Carefully check whether the electrical control box is wired according to the electrical diagram, and check the insulation status of the lifting motor and traveling motor.5. Check whether the fixed end of the wire rope is tightened and whether the plug is firmly wedged.6. Check whether the control button wiring is correct, and the safety rope fixing the button must be installed.
