Due to the effect of the electromagnetic field, the rotor instantly moves the opening of the lock cover, so that the electric gourd began to work. There is no pressure spring. At the time, the energy of the compressed spring deformation is released, driving the rotor back to the original position. Because the lock cover is connected to the front end of the motor rotor, while the rotor returns, the lock cover also returns, and it has the effect of holding the gate. It is precisely due to the high frequency of pressure spring participation in the work of electric gourds, which leads to frequent damage to pressure spring. The main form of failure is fatigue failure and annealing failure. The consequences of the failed spring are that the lid cover cannot be returned smoothly, and the braking effect cannot be available.
Elastic couplet damage: The elastic coupling is located in the electric gourd roll. It is a structure that connects the two rigid joints through the screw by the rubber ring. One of the rigid joints is directly connected to the rotor of the lifting motor, and the other rigid.
The joint axis is directly connected to the reducer. When the rubber ring is damaged, the two joint shafts are independent of each other and do not restrain each other.
